All aboard for an afternoon tea like no other! Our "Royal Spring Tea" is the perfect way to usher in the beauty of spring in the river valley, all while disconnecting from the hustle and bustle of our everyday lives. You'll be stepping back in time as you're welcomed in to one of our beautiful 1920s dining cars. A complimentary prosecco will begin your hour and a half journey followed by a curated selection of Harney and Sons Fine Teas.
A traditional fare of finger sandwiches, scones and petite desserts will be served- a lovely and unique way to lunch.
A scenic excursion along the river, coupled with an unhurried tea service, is the perfect way to spend time with friends and family.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Check In and Train Boarding Essex Station: 11:00 am
- Train Departure from Essex Station: 11:30 am (Trains can not hold for late arriving guests; trains do depart on schedule)
- $10.00 of each ticket price is a non-refundable, non-transferable processing fee
- Alcoholic and Non Alcoholic beverages for purchase onboard train. No beverages, especially alcoholic beverages, may be brought aboard the train due to our liquor license

Reservations will be assigned to specific tables. If you would like to sit with someone that has made a separate reservation please indicate in the notes section of your reservation. Maximum seats per table available are four.
- Reservations and payment are required.
- Tickets are non-refundable, but fully transferable ($10.00 per ticket transfer charge applies) with 48-hours notice. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable for late arriving guests and no show guests .
- The Valley Railroad reserves the right to alter equipment, schedule, and menu when necessary. This event does operate in all weather.
Physical tickets will not be mailed or emailed. You will be checked-in upon arrival starting at 11:00 am.
