6:30pm-9:00pm:Train Excursion w/ 3 Course Dinner with Chocolate & Wine Tastings
You are cordially invited to board our vintage train for a specially created 3 course dinner while you sample a selection of wines sourced for you by our guest wine steward. The experience will become even more decadent when our guest chocolatier from Fascia’s Chocolates joins the conversation and introduces you to some amazing chocolate and wine pairings.
First Course - Charcuterie plate of select cured meats and imported cheese, baguette and red grapes
Second Course- Entree (choose from drop down menu) served with Spring Vegetable Medley and Garlic and herb mashed potatoes
Third Course- Dessert New York Style Cheesecake with compote
Limited additional beverages are available for purchase aboard the train upon completion of the First Course and Tasting.
Wine selections available by the bottle upon request.
Ticket includes 3 course dinner aboard the Essex Clipper Dinner Train, 3 wine tastings, chocolates by Fascia’s Chocolates as well as a take home Essex Steam Train & Riverboat wine glass and chocolates!

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Check in at Essex Station Ticket Window and Train Boarding: 6:00 pm
- Train Departure from Essex Station: 6:30 pm (Trains can not hold for late arriving guests; trains do depart on schedule)
- $15.00 of each ticket price is a non-refundable, non-transferable processing fee
- Tickets are non-refundable, but fully transferable ($15.00 per ticket transfer charge applies) with 48-hours notice. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable for late arriving guests and no show guests .
- Meal Selections can not be changed within 48 hours of the excursion. Due to the limited kitchen space and provisions available on the train, no special menu alterations can be accommodated.
- Beverages are not included in $159.99 per person fare (except the 3 wine tastings)
- Alcoholic and Non Alcoholic beverages for purchase onboard train. No beverages, especially alcoholic beverages, may be brought aboard the train due to our liquor license

Reservations will be assigned to specific tables. If you would like to sit with someone that has made a separate reservation please indicate in the notes section of your reservation. Maximum seats per table are four.
- For safety reasons aboard the moving train and to ensure a relaxing ride for all patrons, the Essex Clipper Dinner Train is limited to passengers age 21 and older. No infants, please.
- Reservations and payment are required.
- The Valley Railroad reserves the right to alter equipment, schedule, and menu when necessary. The Essex Clipper Dinner Train does operate in all weather.
